As part of their professional tool-care workflow, the client was looking for a compact and portable solution that could provide an additional UV-C disinfection step after mortician tools had been conventionally cleaned.

Based on the customer's professional tool-care requirements, Lucky Case developed a portable UV-C disinfection bag featuring a reflective interior, UV-C LED system, magnetic safety switch, organized tool placement, and convenient charging storage design.
UV-C LED Light
UV-C LEDs provide physical disinfection inside the closed chamber, while the visible blue light works as an operation indicator.
Aluminum Film Lining
This lining helps redirect UV-C light inside the chamber and improve light distribution around properly positioned tools.
Magnetic Interlock Protection
The lid is equipped with a magnetic sensing plate that works with the built-in magnet behind the button. The UV-C system only operates when both components are properly aligned. When the lid is opened, the magnetic connection is interrupted.
Organized Tool Placement Area
The interior space allows tools to be positioned separately to reduce overlapping areas and support better UV-C exposure.
Portable PU Leather Exterior
The lightweight PU leather exterior and integrated handle make the UV-C bag convenient for professional daily use.
Care Tips for the Reflective Interior
The aluminum film lining plays an important role in supporting UV-C light reflection inside the bag, so proper maintenance helps preserve its surface condition and reflective performance.
For daily care, gently wipe the interior with a soft damp cloth. Avoid using hard brushes, abrasive cleaning tools, or strong acidic and alkaline cleaners, as these may damage the silver-colored reflective layer and cause peeling or separation of the aluminum coating.
Keeping the reflective surface intact helps maintain the intended UV-C light distribution inside the bag and extends the service life of the product.
