Custom Aluminum Case Production Process Video
See how our expert team transforms high-quality aluminum and foam into durable, fully customized cases. From precision cutting to assembly and lining, every step is carefully controlled to ensure professional results.
Step-by-Step Custom Aluminum Case Production Process
1. Cutting Board
The production begins with precision cutting of high-quality aluminum sheets into the required sizes and shapes. Using advanced cutting equipment, we ensure every board meets exact specifications for size, consistency, and surface quality, forming the foundation of a reliable custom aluminum case.
2. Cutting Aluminum
Next, aluminum profiles and components—used for frames, corners, and structural supports—are cut to precise lengths and angles. High-precision cutting ensures all parts fit perfectly during assembly, maintaining strength, stability, and alignment in the final product.
3. Drill Hole
Specialized drilling is performed to create holes for rivets, screws, locks, and hinges. This step guarantees proper alignment for secure assembly and functional hardware installation, which is critical for the durability and usability of the aluminum case.
4. Assemble
All cut and drilled parts are assembled to form the preliminary structure of the case. Depending on design requirements, we use bolts, nuts, and connectors to ensure the frame is stable, precise, and ready for further reinforcement.
5. Rivet
Riveting secures the main structural components together, enhancing strength and long-term durability. Every rivet is placed with exact precision to provide stable connections and a polished, professional appearance.
6. Stitch Lining
The internal structure is reinforced by stitching or fixing EVA, PE, and EPE foam and other lining materials. This step ensures that the interior components remain firmly in place, providing excellent shock absorption, noise reduction, and protection for delicate equipment.
7. Lining Process
Once attached, the lining is carefully trimmed, smoothed, and inspected for bubbles, wrinkles, or gaps. This step guarantees that the interior is neat, fully functional, and visually appealing while matching the specific storage needs of the customer’s equipment.
8. QC (Quality Control)
Quality checks are conducted at multiple stages of production. Our inspections cover dimensions, structural integrity, hardware performance, foam fit, and overall appearance. This rigorous QC process ensures that every custom aluminum case meets the highest standards for professional use.
9. Mass Production
After successful sample approval, mass production begins. Our efficient assembly lines and skilled workforce allow us to maintain consistent quality, stable output, and timely delivery for both small-batch and large-scale orders.
10. Package
Each aluminum case is carefully packaged using protective foam, wrapping, or other cushioning materials to prevent scratches or damage during storage and transit. Packaging is tailored to the case type and shipping requirements.
11. Carton
Cases are placed into strong, high-quality cartons designed to withstand transport pressures. This step ensures that every unit reaches customers in perfect condition.
12. Loading
Finally, the packaged cases are loaded into trucks or containers for shipment. Logistics are coordinated to guarantee safe, timely, and efficient delivery to customers worldwide.
